How to Pay Your Bill

FYIs

  • Bills are issued the first of each month and payment is due on or before the 15th of each month.
  • Payments received on or before the 15th are on-time.
  • Any payment received after the 15th is considered a late payment and is assessed a $15.00 late fee.
  • Service may be discontinued 10 days after the due date if no payment is received and no payment arrangement is made.
  • In the event the water is shut off, a $50.00 fee for water shut off will be assessed.

New Accounts

Application
To establish a new account with the City of Springville, you will need to submit a complete, signed Utility Application to the City. You can pick up a paper copy at City Hall or you can download the form here to print off at home.

Deposit
A deposit is required for all new rental accounts. Deposits are refundable to the account after services is discontinued.

  • Deposit Fee: $150.00

Usage and Rates

Water Rates

  • First 2,000 gallons used $16.22 per month (minimum charge)
  • Usage over 2,000 - $8.11/1,000 gallons per month
  • Water Debt Service Fee $3.30 per month

Sewer Rates

  • First 2,000 gallons used $17.06 per month (minimum charge)
  • Usage over 2,000 - $9.28/1,000 gallons per month
  • Sewer Debt Service Fee $10.00 per month

Solid Waste Rates

  • Yard Waste Site $4.50 per month
  • Garbage & Recycling $16.75 per month

Monthly Total Base Bill $68.80 + taxes

Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR)

In compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments, the City of Springville Water Department is providing its customers with annual water quality reports in the form of a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). These reports explain where your water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to standards set by regulatory agencies.
