PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the City Council on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the voluntary annexation requests from David Stoner Farms Inc. and CTM Holdings, LLC for properties south of highway 151 and east of the city lagoons, Springville, Iowa 52336. 

All interested persons may review the annexation request, including the legal description and map showing the location of the property to be annexed, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
