A quick reminder as you’re mowing this week: Please do not blow grass clippings into the street.

Grass clippings on the roadway can become very slippery, creating a hazard for motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, and even vehicles. They can also wash into storm drains and contribute to drainage problems.

After mowing, please take a moment to blow or sweep any grass clippings back into your yard. It only takes a few extra minutes and helps keep our streets clean, safe, and looking great! 💚
