Public Hearing Notice - Nealman/Rahill Voluntary Annexation

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the City Council on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the voluntary annexation request from Scott T. Nealman and Jennifer M. Rahill for property locally known as 749 1st Ave., Springville, Iowa 52336 and legally described as,

Lot 6, Irregular Survey of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 in Section 28, Township 84 North, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M., except that part lying South of the road, Linn County, Iowa, subject to Public Highway.

All interested persons may review the annexation request, including the legal description and map showing the location of the property to be annexed, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
