Public Hearing Notice - Cemetery S Voluntary Annexation

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the City Council on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the voluntary annexation request from the City of Springville for property locally known as 748 1st Ave., Springville, Iowa 52336 and legally described as,

All of the West 327.36 feet of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 84 West, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M., Linn County Iowa, except the North 520.28 feet thereof and further excepting the South 330 feet thereof.

All interested persons may review the annexation request, including the legal description and map showing the location of the property to be annexed, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
