NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the Springville Board of Adjustments on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the variance request from Brandon & Ann Marie French for property locally known as 507 2nd Ave., Springville, Iowa 52336. They are requesting a variance for setbacks, height and size for addition to existing garage located on the property. This meeting is open to the public.

All interested persons may review the request, including a map showing the location of the property, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
