ORDINANCE 2-2026

CITY OF SPRINGVILLE, IOWA

The City Council of the City of Springville, Iowa, adopted Ordinance 2-2026 amending the Official Zoning Map and zoning district boundaries of the City of Springville, Iowa.

The ordinance rezones approximately 3.00 acres located at 300 5th St S, Springville, Linn County, Iowa, from its current zoning classification to C-2 Highway Commercial District as requested by BKS, LLC.

Ordinance 2-2026 was introduced and passed by the City Council on May 4, 2026, and approved by the Mayor on May 7, 2026. The ordinance shall take effect on May 7, 2026, following publication as required by law.
