Board of Adjustments Public Hearing

Public Hearing for 510 Broadway St.

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the Springville Board of Adjustments on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the variance request from Dave & Elisabeth Deutsch for property locally known as 510 Broadway St., Springville, Iowa 52336.  They are requesting a variance to allow a 384 square foot shed to be placed on skids on the back lot of their property.  This shed is larger than is specified in Chapter 165.23 of the Springville Code of Ordinances. 

All interested persons may review the request, including a map showing the location of the property, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
