The Clerk’s office prepares and mails the City’s utility bill every month. The City’s utility bill includes fees for:
- water consumption and well and water tower maintenance
- sewer treatment and sanitary sewer upgrades and maintenance
- garbage, recycling and yard waste collection

**Please note: There is a convenience fee for Debit/Credit cards, there is no fee for ACH (electronic check) payments.

We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit/debit cards.
FYIs
- Bills are issued the first of each month and payment is due on or before the 15th of each month.
- Payments received on or before the 15th are on-time.
- Any payment received after the 15th is considered a late payment and is assessed a $15.00 late fee.
- Service may be discontinued 10 days after the due date if no payment is received and no payment arrangement is made.
- In the event the water is shut off, a $50.00 fee for turning the water back on will be assessed.
