NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Springville City Hall located at 304 Broadway, Springville, Iowa 52336 before the City Council on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding the voluntary annexation request from the Linn Cooperative Oil Company for property locally known as 726 1st Ave., Springville, Iowa 52336 and legally described as,

That part of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28, Township 84 North, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M., Linn County, Iowa, lying S-ly of the Public Highway, except the East 682 feet thereof: And

That part of Lots 5 and 6, Irregular Survey of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Township 84 North, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M., Linn County, Iowa, lying S-ly of the Public Road.

All interested persons may review the annexation request, including the legal description and map showing the location of the property to be annexed, and file their comments in writing with the City Clerk at or before the hearing and/or may appear in person at the hearing.
